What do you sell?
Movie posters on Photo Paper, with five print sizes, optional white passepartout and black wood framing. Browse All Posters or explore a film series or genre.
Is the frame included?
Choose Unframed for a poster without an outer frame. You can add a white passepartout, a black wood frame, or both. The frame size matches the poster or the outer dimensions of the selected passepartout. The displayed total includes every selected option.
Which size and framing should I choose?
All posters use Photo Paper. Choose from A4 (21 × 29.7 cm), 30 × 40 cm, 50 × 70 cm, 70 × 100 cm and 100 × 140 cm, with dimensions reversed for landscape designs. Use our Size & Framing Guide to plan your space.
Where do you ship, and is shipping free?
We focus on serving customers in the United States and offer worldwide shipping to destinations available at checkout. Standard shipping is free for orders of US$69 or more and costs US$8 for orders below US$69. Express shipping costs US$15 for United States orders where offered at checkout. Available destinations and shipping services are shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Where available, please use the estimated delivery dates shown at checkout for your shipping address and selected Standard or Express service. If no estimate is shown, contact support@filmsposter.com for delivery timing before ordering. Estimates depend on when you order and where the order is being delivered. Product-specific preparation information is provided where applicable. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. See our Shipping Policy.
Can I track my order?
We send a dispatch confirmation when your order ships. Where tracking is available, it includes a tracking link or number. Carrier updates may take time to appear.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We review requests against the current processing and dispatch status; changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun. Statutory cancellation rights still apply.
Can I return a poster?
For non-personalized products, request a return within 30 days of receipt. Contact us for the return address and instructions before sending anything. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer. See the Return & Refund Policy for conditions and statutory rights.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Email your order number, a description and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy. If we require the item back because it is damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, we cover return shipping.
When will my refund arrive?
We aim to process approved refunds within 5–7 business days after the required return is received, always within applicable legal deadlines. Your bank or payment provider may need extra time to post the funds.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, request a return and place a new order for the item you prefer.
