This policy applies to purchases from FILMS POSTER at filmsposter.com, operated by GUOJIAN TRADING LTD.

1. Destinations and shipping costs

We focus on serving customers in the United States and offer worldwide shipping to destinations available at checkout. Standard shipping is free for orders of US$69 or more; orders below US$69 are charged US$8 for standard shipping. Express shipping is available for US$15 for United States orders where offered at checkout. The shipping charge for your order is displayed before payment. Available destinations and shipping services are shown at checkout.

2. Processing and delivery estimates

Processing begins after payment is confirmed. Where available, please use the estimated delivery dates shown at checkout for your shipping address and selected shipping method. Standard and Express estimates may differ and depend on when you order and where the order is being delivered. Review the current estimate before placing your order. If no estimate is shown for your destination, contact support@filmsposter.com for delivery timing before ordering. Any product-specific preparation information is shown on the product page or provided before purchase. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed date. Production volumes, carrier delays, customs, public holidays and weather may affect delivery. If we cannot ship within a stated shipping timeframe, we will notify you and, where required, ask you to accept a revised timeframe or cancel for a refund. Your statutory rights concerning delayed or undelivered goods are not limited.

3. Address details and order changes

Please check your delivery address carefully. Contact us promptly if you need to correct it or request cancellation. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch. Any reasonable additional costs caused by incorrect delivery details will be explained to you and charged only where permitted by law.

4. Dispatch confirmation and tracking

We send a dispatch confirmation when your order ships. Where tracking is available, the confirmation includes a tracking link or number. Please allow time for the carrier to record its first scan.

5. Delays, missing parcels and damage

If a parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution. For consumer purchases, responsibility for loss or damage generally remains with us until you or your nominated recipient physically receives the goods, subject to applicable law.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, send your order number, a description and clear photographs of the item and packaging to support@filmsposter.com. We will arrange the appropriate remedy under our Return & Refund Policy. If we require a defective or incorrect item to be returned, we cover its return shipping.

6. Taxes and other charges

Our displayed prices include applicable taxes. Your order total is shown before you place the order. If a carrier requests unexpected import duties, taxes or clearance fees that were not disclosed before payment, contact us before paying so we can resolve the matter with you.
